At the first meeting, we write down all your wishes and ideas, discuss possible examples. It is important for us to understand your ideas about your vision of your ideal home. After which, based on your preference, our vision and the technical possibilities of creation, our designer will create three conceptual models. This will look like as a layout and and 3D render. If you like any of them, we will move on to further development of the design. If not, let's return to discussion and repeat it again until you are satisfied.
This detailed design study probably involves several clarifying conversations over the phone, as well as a live meeting in the showroom to select materials and discuss a more detailed model. After which our designer finishes his work.

Our distinctive feature is that we ensure that there are no additional costs under the contract. In this regard, our estimates take into account all the nuances. We divide the contract cost into several parts and draw up an appropriate payment schedule.
First visit and roughly estimate is free.
First charge 5% of the contract amount, after conceptual model of design will be approved. After this payment our designer start to create detail design.
The second payment 45% from total contact amount is made after the demolition work is completed.
The third payment of 40% is made after all work has been completed.
The fourth payment is 10%, after a period of trial use and elimination of all identified complaints.

There is a two options for ordering materials: you can rely on us in this matter, or you can do it yourself. It is up to you.
Once all materials have been ordered, we can begin scheduling timeline of works, based on expected delivery times. For example, there is no point to starting demolition if there is no understanding of when the cabinets will be delivered. After receiving the expected delivery dates for the necessary materials, we draw up a work schedule. Typical time frames from the start of demolition to completion of all work: 3 weeks for the kitchen, 2 weeks for the bath. We know it may sound unbelievable, but the secret is in clearly planing the work schedule.

Protection non involved area and the demolition process.
We carefully covered off the area with plastic to prevent dust and dirt from entering living spaces as much as possible. We will also organize a place for storing waste. We don't leave a mess behind during work.
Framing, plumbing, electrical works.
This is a very important stage, although it is will not seen on the surface. All work is performed by licensed specialists, and under the strict supervision of the project manager. It is very important at this stage to avoid mistakes in the arrangement of future fixtures. All these works require inspection. Also we do photographic recording of wires and plumbing pipes, this may be useful in the future.
Finishing touches: drywall, floors, tile works, cabinetry, hardware, doors, etc.
You will interact with the results of this work every day. Therefore, these works require special quality control. These works are performed by highly professional workers, we never trust our work to untested people.

After completion of the works on project and passing all necessary inspections. You have a chance to make sure that everything is done according to your wishes and everything works correctly. We provide two weeks so that you can thoroughly evaluate our work during operation. Only after this period has passed and if there are no complaints, we will ask you to pay the remaining 10% of the balance.
